Bris Carbajal is a garment designer & artist. In 2020, Bris completed the Studio 400 program for emerging artists and joined PF Studios. Her work is focused on creating relationships with our clothing by valuing the labor and natural resources it takes to produce them. Currently, she creates capsule ready-to-wear collections under her label, Yessenya. She concentrates on garment quality and improving the way clothing is consumed, preserved, and experienced. Additionally, Bris is interested in expanding her work into art installations and garment sculptures to better explore the topics of human labor and emotion.
