Mee Yang’s background is in English education, and she has an MFA in creative writing from Hamline University. She has worked as a Hmong language teacher, in corporate, and she now works at a law firm. She has always been interested in language and finding patterns in languages. She said, “I’m excited to join the More Than A Single Story team. I’m looking forward to working with the board members, learning from BIPOC voices, and creating spaces for writers.”
