Nick Metcalf, Cetanzi (Yellow Hawk) is an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe – Sicangu Oyate (Burnt Thigh People) and was born and raised on Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota. Nick supports Collective Action Lab in strategy development, project management, community engagement, convening, facilitation, and organizational development. They have experience in systems change in the nonprofit sector, state and county government, and community. Nick is also active in nonprofits and community engagement efforts and has been an organizational development consultant for over 20 years working with a variety of organizations. Nick holds a Ph D in Organizational Leadership and Policy Development from University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Social Work in Family Therapy from Augsburg University. Nick is faculty in the Social Work Department at Metro State University and Title IV E Associate Director.
